The company has c.50 properties across the UK offering office, workshops and self storage. We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to the credit control team. This is a part time role of ******* hours a week over 3 or 4 days. You will be based in our Peterborough office. Salary will be pro-rated accordingly based on a 37.5 hour FTE.
Key Responsibilities
- General Admin
- Provide cover for answering credit control calls.
- Taking credit card payments.
- Support chasing DD failures at the beginning of each month where needed.
- Manage the Credit Control inbox.
- Answering emails which can range from a general inquiry to more in-depth investigation.
- Review and respond to Companies House rejections where required.
- Manage administrative tasks before cases reach court, i.e. late letters, LBA's, helping to prepare relevant paperwork.
