Construction Management Company with nationwide presence seeking a Benefits Manager to own the administration and communication of the organization\’s benefits programs.

Company: Family oriented, passionate, fast-paced and professional company culture

Hours/Schedule: Full-time flexible with 4 days on site in Boston and 1 day of remote work

Job Type: 3 Month Contract with possibility of becoming a permanent role

Job Description:

Reporting to the VP of Benefits, HRIS and People Operations, the Benefits Manager will work closely with internal teams as well as external vendors and partners to lead the management of the company\’s full suite of benefit programs.

Responsibilities:

  • 401K Audit and annual 5500 Support
  • Benefit Invoicing
  • Support Open Enrollment- testing system, communications, updated documents, site visits
  • Vendor Support-attend regularly scheduled meeting on new services, issues 7 monthly campaigns to advertise
  • Working closely with internal communications team, provide benefits communications support
  • Perform audits and eligibility review
  • Special projects- one pagers, JD language, liberty migration

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus in benefits administration
  • Must be a strategic thinker, strong communicator (both verbal and written) and proactive leader.
  • Experience in successfully working with HRIS (Ultipro), benefits and healthcare consulting firms, outside vendors and internal teams.
