The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to power our EMEA event and digital marketing engine. In this role, you’ll own flagship physical and virtual experiences from major conferences and intimate roundtables to webinars, email campaigns, and social media. Ideal for an ambitious marketer (1–2 years of experience) who combines flawless operational execution, tech curiosity (GenAI), and creative storytelling.
What You’ll Do:
- Event Execution (80%)
- End-to-End Logistics: Manage planning, venues, AV, catering, and registration for conferences, roundtables, and webinars.
- Operations & Vendors: Maintain event timelines, guest lists, and vendor contracts to ensure seamless execution.
- On-Site & Virtual Delivery: Host memorable live/virtual experiences across EMEA (travel required).
- Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales/BD to capture, track, convert event leads into pipeline.
- Content & Digital (20%)
- Webinars & Email: Produce our monthly webinar series and manage email newsletters and nurture flows.
- Social & Repurposing: Turn long-form content into bite-sized social assets, infographics, and short videos.
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years experience in marketing, events, or content roles (internships welcome).
- Multilingual: Near-native English plus fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
- Creative & Tech-Savvy: Sharp copywriting, design/video skills (Canva), and hands-on experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini).
- Organized & Flexible: Strong project management skills to run multiple live events at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Plus: Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
