Flexopack Ltd requires new trainee or experienced Conversion Operators. This is a full-time position with a continental shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, working 12-hour shifts (days/nights). A competitive hourly rate is offered, with overtime shifts available and paid at time and a half.
Training is provided, and the role is based in Nottingham, NG4, with scope for further progression. We are looking for enthusiastic and attentive trainees to learn the role alongside our qualified extrusion teams. Training will cover how to operate our extrusion lines. Once completed, it is a skilled job operating the conversion film lines, working as a team on a shift, setting machines, monitoring quality, output, and scrap levels.
You must be self-motivated, reliable, a team player, and determined to perform this key role within our expanding Extrusion department at our Nottingham production site. Extrusion Operators are responsible for machine performance, maintaining output, quality, and scrap levels. Engineering skills are an advantage but not essential.
These are full-time permanent positions, working a 12-hour shift from Monday to Thursday. We are a progressive company offering rewards with development and a Company Pension. Please apply with a C.V. if you have one available.
