Flexjet, a leading global provider of fractional private jet ownership and leasing, is seeking a qualified candidate to join the Global Marketing Department as a Partnership & Events Manager. This role supports the development and execution of strategic partnerships and curated Owner experiences that elevate the brand and strengthen relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and passionate about delivering high-touch experiences that reinforce the brand's luxury positioning.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with Executive Director, Marketing to develop annual event & sponsorship plan and integrate with overall marketing strategy.
- Oversee event details including invitations, logistics, logo placement, guest list, attendee biographies, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and lead vendor coordination on-site at marketing events.
- Maintain relationships with existing Flexjet brand partners & sponsorships; source new partner & sponsorship opportunities.
- Review, evaluate, and provide recommendations on incoming event, sponsorship, and promotional proposals; assess partnership & event performance based on lead generation ROI and brand awareness.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies and support creation of marketing materials and content (e-blasts, newsletters, collateral, video & photography).
- Act as a brand guardian ensuring consistent branding throughout the business & customer journey.
Education, Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Extensive experience in marketing, preferably for a luxury brand or service.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a team environment.
- Innovative and creative thinker; motivated by challenge, change and opportunity to help OneSky Flight brands look at things differently.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, sales force and vendors.
- Budgeting skills to develop, forecast, and maintain expenditures within the established budget.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional language skills a plus but not required.
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and practical experience in key marketing areas including email marketing, social media, Google Analytics, and brand content writing.
Role based in the Flexjet House office in Central London; international travel required. Salary & remuneration dependent on experience.
