Purpose
Flexjet is looking for a London-based Graphic Designer to join the brand’s in-house creative agency that serves both the Flexjet brand as well as a variety of private aviation brands that are part of the wider Flexjet group in Europe, with varying business models and target audiences.
This role will be part of a fast-paced, highly creative environment, allowing the Graphic Designer to expand their skillset and apply multiple design styles across marketing and advertising channels. The ideal candidate should be talented, passionate about creating original concepts, committed to great design, detail-oriented, self-critical, humorous, motivated, and effective in a collaborative environment.
The position is based at the Flexjet offices in Central London, with some international travel required.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Developers, and Marketing Managers to produce results-driven creative work, including:
- Designing original creative concepts from start to finish
- Creating print and digital materials such as direct mail, collateral, event installations, banner ads, emails, landing pages, website updates, app layouts, and social media content
Education, Experience & Skills
- BA/BFA/BS in design or a related field
- Experience in print and digital design, preferably in-house or agency
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365
- Additional skills beneficial include conceptual illustration, project management experience, DAM system knowledge, and basic understanding of CSS, JavaScript, and HTML5
- Strong layout and print production skills
- Understanding of responsive/mobile design or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and innovative thinking with attention to detail and typography
- Experience with brand guidelines and project management software (e.g., Basecamp, Asana)
- Advanced skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; video editing skills are a plus
