The Role
As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will carry out inspections, repairs, and maintenance across airframe, engine and aircraft systems, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform airframe and powerplant maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
- Diagnose faults and carry out component removal, installation, and system testing.
- Interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and schematics.
- Complete accurate and compliant maintenance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to all EASA, UK CAA, and company regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
- Collaborate effectively within the maintenance team and wider operations.
- Deliver high standards of professionalism and internal customer service.
About You
You are a detail‑oriented and proactive professional who works well under pressure and takes ownership of your work.
Essential
- Strong understanding of EASA / UK CAA regulations (Part 145, Part M, CAMO, Part 21).
- Proven aircraft maintenance experience (corporate aviation preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- IT literate (MS Office and maintenance systems).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- B1 or B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence.
- B1.3 (rotary wing).
- Type ratings: GVI, EMB550, S76, G650.

Working Conditions
This role involves working in a hangar and line maintenance environment, with exposure to:
- 35 hours per week on average.
- Mixture of 4/5 days on/off.
- Working hours: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am.
- Frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
- Occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions.
- Loud noise levels in the work environment and job sites.
You should be comfortable with physical tasks including standing, lifting (up to 22.5 kg occasionally), and working in varied positions.
