Responsibilities
- Fulfil the requirements for Crew Training Administrator in OM part D and Training Administrator in the ATO Manual.
- Oversight and administration of fixed wing flight crew and training staff, ATO, Ops, CAMO and management training records.
- Oversight and administration of Centrik functions and departmental sharepoint, including collaborative input and development for company software systems.
- Improvement and support of departmental procedures manuals.
- Organising departmental meetings, recording minutes and tracking actions.
- Supporting the Director of Training and NPCT in monitoring crew qualifications, expiries and recurrent ground course training bookings.
- When required, Scheduling of Pilot Initial and Recurrent Training events with the training provider in conjunction with the Crew Dispatch Department.
- When required, overseeing the training slot reservations, identifying forecast training needs and assignment of current slots for the scheduled training events.
- Reconciles training invoices to training events and approves invoices for accounts payable.
- Communicates crewmember training activities to the crewmembers and training provider.
- Delivers documentation to the training provider, relevant authority when requested, crewmembers and ground instructors to ensure all aspects of the training events are scheduled and documented.
- Schedules and communicates training needs, events and logistics for the crewmembers.
- Oversees the Company Learning Management System as it pertains to crewmember assignments, fleet transitions and profiles.
- Flight Crew and Operator Conversion Course onboarding, induction and management.
- Training planning and course progression coordination.
- Liaison with Crew Dispatch for all training related scheduling.
- Support and development of departmental procedures.
Education & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar capacity within a established and recognised commercial air transport operator.
- Have a strong understanding of EASA /UK CAA regulations and practices in regard to commercial air transport operations.
- The position requires a high degree of knowledge and understanding of the Company including Standard Operating Procedures, the Flight Operations Manual Part D, ATO Manual and EASA /UK regulations.

- Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required
- Candidate should work well and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business
- Must be detail oriented, highly self-motivated, and able to work productively and independently or within a team
- Familiarity with core job competencies including, but not limited to UK and EASA Regulations, SOPs, and other resource documents.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to self-motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be results oriented and able to obtain a high level of familiarity quickly
- Strong personal and work ethics along with a high level of integrity
- Must have the ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure.
