Minimum Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, some college or technical schooling and/or combination of education and equivalent experience.
- 18 years old
- Basic computer skills/knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of an MRP (Material Resources Planning) system strongly preferred; Corridor software a plus.

Responsibilities
- Perform data entry into the computer inventory systems to include locating, issuing, receiving, and shipping of materials.
- Perform inventory audits, inspections, and reconciliations of materials based on direction from leadership.
- Monitor and update stock items, minimum and maximum stock levels, and coordinates stock level adjustments with Aircraft Maintenance, Purchasing, and/or other departments within the Company.
- Ensure proper documentation is received by aircraft maintenance department when returning unserviceable parts removed from aircraft.
- Effectively communicate with suppliers when unserviceable parts need to be returned as part of the purchase order agreement.
- Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (Transport Canada, FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures, and risk controls.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Pass and maintain rating to be able to drive forklifts.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and/or work variable hours including holiday and weekends.
- Successfully pass the Materials and General Maintenance Manual (GMM) training courses.
- Successfully pass Hazmat Awareness course, will be required to pass an International Air Transport Association (IATA) test.

- Spread the Flexjet culture to others while displaying the company fundamental principles daily.
- Enhance efficiencies in all areas of development while performing quality parts room functions.
- Assist, train and mentor other employees in proper techniques and procedures.
- Support and promote Safety Management Systems (SMS), while keeping safety as a core value.
- Gain efficiency in carrying out all parts room functions in accordance with applicable technical data and Transport Canada/FAA regulations.
- Ability to understand the functions of the Parts Department and the roles and responsibilities of a Parts Specialist.
