Flexjet, a leading global provider of fractional private jet ownership and leasing, is seeking a qualified candidate to join the Global Marketing Department as a Partnership & Events Manager. This person will join the Lifestyle sector of the Global Marketing Team, a growing group of experience & partnership marketers within the Global Marketing Department. This role is part of the exciting and continued growth Flexjet has experienced over the past decade. Partnerships & Events are core to our owner retention, customer acquisition and private travel experiences, making Flexjet a global aviation leader and luxury brand.

The Partnership & Events Manager supports the development and execution of strategic partnerships and curated Owner experiences that elevate the brand and strengthen relationships. This role is responsible for managing events & partner relationships, overseeing the promotional calendar, coordinating partner activations, exclusive events, and unique lifestyle offerings that resonate with our clientele. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and passionate about delivering high-touch experiences that reinforce the brand's luxury positioning.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with Executive Director, Marketing to develop annual event & sponsorship plan in conjunction with development of overall marketing plan.
  • Oversee event details including invitations, event logistics, prominent logo placement, guest list, attendee biographies, and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Manage event budgets and assist in negotiating necessary contracts surrounding event.
  • Lead and direct vendors on-site at marketing events and oversee all events logistics.
  • Manage relationships with existing Flexjet brand partners & sponsorships.
  • Work with the team to source and identify new partners & sponsorship opportunities.
  • Provide review, evaluation and point of view/recommendation and response to incoming event, sponsorship and promotional proposals.
  • Evaluate performance of partnerships & events based on lead generation ROI and brand awareness success.
  • Manage day‐to‐day relationships with external agencies.
  • Support the development and creation of marketing materials to support partnerships & events including e‐blasts, newsletters, collateral material, etc.
  • Support the development and creation of content around partnerships & events including video & photography.
  • Oversee management of EU Events & partnership team members.
  • Act as a brand guardian ensuring branding is consistent throughout the business & customer journey.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in marketing position, preferably for a luxury brand or service.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, must be comfortable prioritising tasks, demonstrate flexibility, display a strong work ethic, fanatical attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
  • Innovative and creative thinker; motivated by challenge, change and opportunity to help OneSky Flight brands look at things differently.
  • Ability to prioritise and complete multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, sales force and vendors.
  • Budgeting skills to develop budget, forecast and maintain expenditures within the established budget.
  • Fluent written and spoken English. Additional language skills a plus but not required.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Practical experience in key marketing areas including email marketing, social media, Google Analytics.
  • Experience writing on brand content.
  • Role to be based in the Flexjet House office in Central London.
  • International travel required as part of the role.
  • Salary & remuneration dependent on experience.
