Career Opportunities with Flexjet Europe Careers At Flexjet Europe The Service Academy Training Specialist will be responsible for the support, coordinating, and communication of Cabin Server training (and where required hospitality training).

Additionally, this role will also participate in training Cabin Servers when needed.

The role requires working closely with Cabin Server leaders, Cabin Server Trainers, Cabin Server team, and Operations.

Duties including ensuring all travel requirements and documentation have been completed, reviewing required visas and passports, and logistical confirmations.

Maintain an updated and accurate record-keeping system (electronic management) regarding all Academy training travel logistics in accordance with Company procedures.

Monitor and communicate to leadership team of any absences or needed support while traveling.

Assist with uniform and Cabin Server required in-flight items.
