POSITION SUMMARY
The FXAIR Sales Manager will be a motivated individual eager to build a strong client portfolio while contributing to FXAIR\’s growth. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in sales or business development and demonstrate a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively engage in outbound sales efforts to build a client base and drive new business.
- Effectively handle inbound opportunities to secure bookings and generate revenue.
- Identify and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs.
- Work collaboratively with the Flexjet sales team to identify shared ownership opportunities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to revenue, margins, and client acquisition.
- Log all sales activities and interactions in the FXAIR Salesforce CRM.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to all inbound leads.
- Maximise each sales opportunity while nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Adapt sales approaches based on market trends and client feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with Client Service and Revenue Management teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and approved operator networks.
- Ensure all bookings are managed professionally from enquiry to handover.
- Represent the FXAIR brand positively and contribute to the organisation’s culture.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- BA degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
- Some experience in sales, business development, or account management is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Language skills are advantageous.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Legal eligibility to work in the European Union.
- Willingness to travel to corporate offices as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hunger for success and a drive to exceed sales targets.
SCHEDULE
- Must be able and willing to work early and late shifts, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required.
