Location: Central Edinburgh
Reporting To: Operations

Summary of Role

  • To supply National grid with energy when demand is higher than predicted.
  • To ensure all batteries and gas peakers are run to their full potential.
  • To act as first responder for all our gas peakers and ensure any faults that occur have been cleared by the operations team where possible.
  • To call out to field engineers if any faults cannot be cleared by the Edinburgh operations team.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A very good knowledge of Microsoft excel/word etc.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A background in a customer facing role
