Summary of Role
- To supply National grid with energy when demand is higher than predicted.
- To ensure all batteries and gas peakers are run to their full potential.
- To act as first responder for all our gas peakers and ensure any faults that occur have been cleared by the operations team where possible.
- To call out to field engineers if any faults cannot be cleared by the Edinburgh operations team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- A very good knowledge of Microsoft excel/word etc.
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually.
- Excellent telephone manner
- A background in a customer facing role
