Site based – South West London
Our client, a global giant in the engineering and design space, is seeking an experienced EUC Manager to join their technical team based out of their UK HQ in South West London. As the End User Computing Manager, you will bring your expertise and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation delivering smart digital solutions.
Working closely with the team, the position requires a strong leader who can manage a team but also have the mindset to deep dive into the technical landscape and work closely with the Head of Digital Systems to drive change.
Responsibilities:
- Support and lead a small team responsible for End User Computing operations
- Aid the team and provide coaching and guidance
- Work to implement and define team wide KPI’s and SLA’s
- Oversee the whole end user environment including laptops, desktops, mobile devices and printers
- Manage and track all aspects of hardware assets
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the team
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on projects
- Support the integration of existing and emerging technologies
Core experience:
- Proven experience working in a similar role with people management experience
- Strong understanding of End User Services, Digital Workplace and Infrastructure
- Previous experience managing EUC Platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to take initiative and work to problem solve
- Self-motivated
- Understanding of ITIL
- Microsoft qualifications or training advantageous
- Previous experience of working in an Agile environment helpful
Please note: Due to the nature of the role, candidates wishing to be considered must be able to be on site in South West London 5 days a week.
