We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Production Manager to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Dunstable. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has progressed from a hands-on Production Operative role into production leadership and management. We are looking for a confident individual with a strong personality who can lead from the front, motivate teams, and maintain high production standards in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the glass manufacturing industry would be highly advantageous.
Working Hours
Initially, this role will be working 4 days per week: Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 16:30 or 07:00 - 17:30. There is potential for the role to move to a 5-day working week in the future: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00.
