We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join a growing frozen food business in Luton. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administration background and previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of warehouse and transport activities, ensuring accurate data management and smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of company systems and records.
  • Processing delivery notes, purchase orders, invoices, and stock documentation.
  • Supporting warehouse and logistics operations with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating with drivers, warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers.
  • Monitoring stock movements and assisting with inventory reporting.
  • Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation.
  • Managing emails, telephone enquiries, and general office administration.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administration role within a logistics, warehouse, transport, or supply chain environment.
