We are seeking a dedicated Food Production Operative to join the manufacturing team. This role involves working within a fast-paced food production environment, ensuring that all products meet strict safety and quality standards. Monday - Friday 07:45 - 17:00 with option for overtime when busy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate on production lines preparing and packing food products.
  • Accurately pack, label, and check products to meet company and customer specifications.
  • Work in chilled and freezer environments as required.
  • Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
  • Conduct basic quality checks and report any defects or issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organised working area in line with hygiene standards.
  • Assist with stock rotation and materials handling.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
  • Adhere to company policies, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
