We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our client\’s team based in Dunstable. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, organised manufacturing environment with regular hours and consistent work. Shift Pattern: * Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday * Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday * Hours: 06:00–18:00 (Days) and 18:00–06:00 (Nights), rotating every 2 weeks Key Responsibilities: * Operating production machinery * Wrapping and packaging products * Preparing pallets for despatch * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Following health and safety guidelines at all times Requirements: * Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential * Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights) * Good attention to detail * Physically fit and able to lift and move stock/pallets as required * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Apply today with your CV to join a fast-paced production team and take the next step in your career
