A small accounting practice and business advisors are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator to join their team. Duties will include:
- Dealing with statutory filing for client companies
- Handling telephone enquiries from clients, HMRC, and funders
- Supporting the Directors on a day-to-day basis with secretarial and administrative duties
The ideal candidate will:
- Have good communication and organisational skills
- Be confident using the telephone and dealing with clients professionally
- Be reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
