We are looking for a Junior Sales Administrator for company based in Luton. Monday – Friday, 9am – 17:00, 30min lunch break. Pay rate £12.21ph Major activities and responsibilities; * receiving and answering customer enquiries * receiving and processing customer orders * inputting orders onto the in-house system * dealing with and resolving customer queries * using 3rd party portals efficiently inc transport and customer * processing invoices and dealing with account queries * liaison with sales team * filling, housekeeping and other duties reasonably requested Qualification and level of experience required; * previous experience within a sales administration role. Some accounts experience advantageous. Must have the ability to communicate well at all levels * Basic PC skills in Word and Excel * Able to understand and work within ISO 9001 Quality Management System and procedures
