About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse operation on a permanent Monday to Friday night shift.
Please note: Successful candidates will initially be required to complete several weeks of training on the late shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday to Friday) before transferring to the permanent night shift.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious FLT driver looking for long-term work with competitive rates of pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Reach and Counterbalance forklift trucks.
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently.
- Move stock throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders when required.
- Complete stock movements accurately using warehouse systems.
- Carry out routine vehicle safety checks.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and adhere to all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid, in-date Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to complete the initial training period on the late shift before moving to nights.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support business needs.
