About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse operation on a permanent Monday to Friday night shift.

Please note: Successful candidates will initially be required to complete several weeks of training on the late shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday to Friday) before transferring to the permanent night shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious FLT driver looking for long-term work with competitive rates of pay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Reach and Counterbalance forklift trucks.
  • Load and unload vehicles efficiently.
  • Move stock throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders when required.
  • Complete stock movements accurately using warehouse systems.
  • Carry out routine vehicle safety checks.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and adhere to all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid, in-date Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent).
  • Previous experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to complete the initial training period on the late shift before moving to nights.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support business needs.
