Job Description: Warehouse Manager Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire Salary: £35,000 per annum – negotiable for the right candidate Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Hours: 40 hours per week Start Time: 7:00–8:00am Industry: Food Manufacturing About the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to join a food manufacturing operation based in Dunstable . This is a key leadership role responsible for the effective day-to-day management of warehouse operation, ensuring that stock, people, processes and customer requirements are managed safely and efficiently. You will lead a team of approximately 32 employees working across both day and night shifts , providing clear direction, maintaining high standards and ensuring strong communication across the operation. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop a warehouse team of approximately 32 employees across day and night shifts. Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Ensure warehouse activities are carried out in line with food safety, health £35,000 per annum, negotiable for the right candidate. 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday working pattern.
