Reach FLT Driver

Warehouse Operative FLT Reach & Counterbalance Location: Dunstable Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00 22:00 Pay: £14.60 per hour, increasing to £15.10 per hour under AWR Contract: Ongoing Temporary, with the opportunity to become Permanent Start Date: Immediate We are currently recruiting for a warehouse operative to join late-shift team on an ongoing temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidates will have experience operating both FLT Reach Truck and FLT Counterbalance and will be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities; Order picking and preparation Pallet put-away and stock movement Loading and unloading vehicles Operating FLT Reach and Counterbalance trucks safely Maintaining good standards of warehouse housekeeping and hygiene Carrying out general warehouse duties and other tasks as required About You; Valid and relevant FLT Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences/certificates Previous warehouse experience preferred Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work Ability to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable with manual handling and lifting bags weighing up to 25kg Good understanding of health and safety procedures What They Offer; £14.60 per hour starting rate £15.10 per hour once AWR pay applies Monday to Friday working pattern Consistent late-shift hours: 14:00 22:00 Ongoing temporary work with the opportunity to become permanent Full training and site induction provided where required If you have the required FLT experience and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position, we would love to hear from you.
