We are currently seekingProduction Operativesto join our client’s team based inDunstable. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, organised manufacturing environment with regular hours and consistent work.
Shift Pattern:
- Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Hours:06:00–18:00 (Days) and 18:00–06:00 (Nights), rotating every 2 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating production machinery
- Wrapping and packaging products
- Preparing pallets for despatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift and move stock/pallets as required
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
