We are seeking a professional Class 2 Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles, including flatbed lorries, to deliver goods efficiently and reliably. Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 2 commercial vehicles, including flatbed lorries, in compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring items are secured properly during transit.
- Unload items and ensure they are put in the correct departments.
- Plan delivery routes effectively to meet scheduled deadlines.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
- Communicate professionally with clients and dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules or any issues encountered during transit.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times during operations.
