Warehouse Operative FLT Reach & Counterbalance

Location: Dunstable

Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00

Pay: £14.60 per hour, increasing to £15.10 per hour under AWR

Contract: Ongoing Temporary, with the opportunity to become Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for a warehouse operative to join the late-shift team on an ongoing temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidates will have experience operating both FLT Reach Truck and FLT Counterbalance and will be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order picking and preparation
  • Pallet put-away and stock movement
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Operating FLT Reach and Counterbalance trucks safely
  • Maintaining good standards of warehouse housekeeping and hygiene
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties and other tasks as required

About You:

  • Valid and relevant FLT Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences/certificates
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Comfortable with manual handling and lifting bags weighing up to 25kg
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures
