Counterbalance Forklift Driver
to join our team in Dunstable, working night shifts. Candidates must have strong, proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck.
We are looking for someone confident and competent in their ability to operate the truck safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving stock, loading and unloading vehicles, and supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations throughout the night. 23:30 – 07:00 Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate a counterbalance forklift truck. Load and unload vehicles. Move, stack and organise stock within the warehouse. Ensure goods are handled safely and accurately. Complete daily forklift safety checks. Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment. Follow all health and safety procedures. Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational deadlines. Requirements Strong, proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck is essential. Valid and in-date counterbalance forklift licence. Confidence operating a counterbalance truck in a busy warehouse environment. Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures. Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability to work the specified night shifts.
