We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled joiner looking for a stable, full-time position with consistent weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing high-quality bespoke joinery products from technical drawings.
- Operating a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing timber products to a high standard.
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Working as part of a skilled production team to meet deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
- Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
