We are now looking for a highly organised and friendly Office Administrator & Sales Support professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, keeping things organised behind the scenes, and being a key part of a busy office environment. We are open to flexible working hours, including shorter hours (e.g. 9am–3pm), making this an ideal opportunity for someone returning to work or balancing family commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Phone Support
- Answer incoming calls professionally and confidently.
- Provide accurate product information and basic advice to customers.
- Direct enquiries appropriately and ensure every customer receives excellent service.
- Respond to email enquiries in a timely and organised manner.
- Order Processing & Administration
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Create and send quotes.
- Ensure order details are correct and liaise with warehouse/logistics to support smooth fulfilment.
- Update CRM and internal systems with accurate information.
- Maintain clear and organised records of customer interactions.
- Sales Support
- Support the sales team with follow-ups and administration.
- Contact customers regarding quotes, repeat orders or outstanding information.
- Identify opportunities to assist customers further and provide proactive service.
- General Office Administration
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks.
- Support internal teams with coordination and communication.
- Help maintain a smooth, professional office environment.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in office administration, customer service, sales support or telesales preferred.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (training provided on internal systems).
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
