Quality Control Technician
Location: Haslingden

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

You will:
Conduct audits of the manufacturing processes and records.
- Record checks of production paperwork and reporting out of spec results or incomplete records.
- Manage retained samples.
- Manage stock control and issuing of:
- ▪ Manufacturing blades
- ▪ Safety knives (and blades)
- ▪ Dyne pens ▪ Standard pens
- Assist with hold stock management.
- Assist with internal complaint investigations.
- Assist with 8D assessment of external complaints.
- Join the quality huddles (in conversion and extrusion)
- . Assist with GMP audits.
- Measure quality parameters using laboratory equipment.
A Few Things About You:

- Experienced in quality control within a fast-moving environment.

Food industry or plastics manufacturing experience desirable.

- Comfortable working in a factory environment.

- Able to communicate effectively with people.
- Great analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and plan own time to meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain great working relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to assess trends using excel. Good working knowledge of the production processes.
When You'll Be Working:
You will be working an average of 40 hours a week, 07.00 to 16.00.
