The predicted salary is between 27120 - 28140 £ per year.

Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing:
- Operating both manual and semi-automatic machines, including 4-colour stack presses and an 8-colour CI press.
- Monitoring machinery output to meet and exceed production targets.
- Identifying and resolving print issues.
- Conducting shift handovers to ensure smooth production transitions, including briefing the next shift and checking machinery.
- Optimising changeovers while maintaining health, safety, and quality standards.
- Mounting print plates and colour matching as needed.
- Following lean manufacturing practices, including SMED and 5S principles.
- Maintaining a clean, safe work environment by addressing spills immediately and promoting safety.
A Few Things About You:
- Ideally, you have experience in print.
- NVQ in Print (desirable but not essential).
- High attention to detail and meticulous approach.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent time-keeping and attendance.
Working Hours:
Average of 38.5 hours per week. Continental shifts, Monday to Friday, covering both days and nights OR 44 hours a week Monday to Thursday 06.45am - 19.00pm and Tuesday to Friday 18.45pm - 07.00am. 2 week rotation.
