The Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead all warehouse, internal logistics, and inventory control activities at our Haslingden site. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods—supporting both domestic and export markets—while driving safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day warehouse and manufacturing logistics operations
- Maintain accountability for inventory control across all stock categories
- Oversee stock counts, reconciliations, and corrective actions
- Optimise inventory to support production
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure material availability
- Support logistics for compliant and cost-effective distribution
