THE ROLE

We\’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a proven track record of creating compelling visual storytelling across various touchpoints for SME, B2B, and B2C audiences. The ideal candidate will be skilled in brand development, design execution, and collaboration, with a strong focus on user experience and delivering high‑quality work on time and within budget. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments. You must be a team player and will work alongside our Senior Graphic Designer.

Responsibilities

• Craft eye‑catching visuals for social media, email campaigns, website content, and print materials.
• Design and animate motion graphics that tell stories, highlight offers, or explain concepts.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with the Senior Graphic Designer to maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
• Bring ideas from concept to final delivery – fast, polished, and on‑brand (we have multiple brands here at Fleximize).
• Adapt and repurpose existing creative assets for multiple channels.
• Keep up with design and animation trends, pushing the brand forward creatively.

LOCATION

In our offices – Ipswich, Suffolk

You must be based in the UK and able to commute to our offices in Ipswich Monday – Friday.

WHAT WE\’RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with demonstrable animation/motion graphics work. You must have a strong portfolio showcasing design, animation, and video projects.
• Software Competence: Motion graphics – video editing and animation techniques; proficiency with industry‑standard software.
• Communication: Ability to create passion and energy within the team, fostering a fun working environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
• Brand Management: Ability to look after multiple brands with a strong understanding of brand development and implementation, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Knowledge of fundamental design principles such as typography, layout design, and colour theory.
• Project Management: Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high‑quality results within budget.
• CX Design: Passionate about creating user‑centered designs that are both visually compelling, functionally effective, and accessible.
• Additional Skills:
  • Motion graphics and video editing experience.
  • Experience creating animated content for marketing or social media campaigns.
  • 3D or character animation experience.
  • Direct response or conversion‑focused design experience.
