Location: Leeds (Covering Yorkshire with future expansion)

With a product line trusted by thousands of barbers, they\’re on the hunt for a charismatic and driven Territory Sales Executive to grow their presence across Yorkshire.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Daily field visits to barbershops, introducing and upselling a standout range of men\’s hair styling and grooming products.
- Building authentic relationships with barbers- becoming a trusted partner, not just a supplier.
- Nurturing existing accounts and driving new B2B sales in your territory.
- Following up on warm and cold leads, supported by a structured CRM, product training and HQ-generated activity.
- Hitting and surpassing monthly sales targets with uncapped commission.
What Were Looking For
- Someone who understands cosmetics or grooming– perhaps you\’ve sold into salons, worked in beauty wholesale or represented a consumer brand.
- A natural relationship builder– you know how to connect with barbers and stylists, speak their language, and become part of their world.
- Field sales experience and comfort being on the road daily (a full UK driving licence is essential).
