The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial performance of a growing portfolio of social housing, property maintenance and framework contracts.
This is a senior position responsible for managing the commercial relationship between the business and its clients, protecting contract margins and ensuring all works are correctly priced, evidenced, valued and invoiced.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within social housing, housing associations, local authorities or a contractor delivering works under framework agreements and Schedule of Rates contracts.
You will work closely with operational teams, clients and the senior leadership team, while also overseeing the commercial administration function.
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience • Benefits: Car allowance, 30 days\' holiday, pension and private healthcare • Location: Office-based with occasional site visits • Contract: Permanent, full-time
