They are seeking a talented Engineering Lead who will not only guide and mentor the development team but also contribute directly to the codebase. Key Responsibilities
- Hands-On Development: Collaborate with the team to design, build, and deploy robust APIs and frontends for iOS, Android, and web platforms, delivering high-quality solutions across multiple devices.
- Team Leadership: Lead by example, offering mentorship and guidance to developers, while fostering an environment that encourages growth and innovation within the team.

- Fintech Product Expertise: Utilize your experience in building payment software to ensure the development of secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.

- DevOps Contribution: Participate in continuous integration, deployment, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring the tech stack is agile, scalable, and efficient.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Track Record in delivering successful financial or fintech products, with a strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem.
- Frontend Development: Expertise in React, Vue, Expo, and other front-end frameworks for iOS, Android, and web development.
- Backend Fundamentals: Solid understanding of server-side development, including serverless architecture, API development, and deployment and integration.
- Blockchain & Crypto: Experience working on blockchain and cryptocurrency projects, with the ability to translate complex technical aspects into functional products.
- Agile Development Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile frameworks, promoting collaborative teamwork and flexibility in project management.
- DevOps: Expertise with hands-on experience in implementing best practices for continuous delivery and integration.
- Leadership: Experience managing frontend developers, backend developers, DevOps, and UX designers, ensuring efficient team collaboration and execution.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Interest or knowledge in DLT technologies, such as Hedera and XRP Ledger.
