Domestic Electrician
Salary: £50,000
Location: London & within M25
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am4pm

A well-established plumbing and heating company in London is looking for a Domestic Electrician to join their growing team. With over 30 years in the industry, they provide a wide range of services across residential properties, from full system installations to modern upgrades and energy-efficient solutions.

The Role:

As a Domestic Electrician, you’ll be responsible for a variety of electrical work that supports and complements plumbing and heating projects. This includes 1st and 2nd fix installations, wiring for boiler systems, electric showers, smart heating controls, and consumer unit upgrades.

You’ll be working on domestic projects across London and the surrounding areas, often in coordination with plumbing and heating engineers to deliver complete system installations and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

1st and 2nd fix electrical installations

Consumer unit upgrades and rewires

Wiring for boilers, central heating systems, electric showers, and smart thermostats

Electrical testing, inspection, and certification

Fault finding and repairs

Working alongside plumbing and heating engineers on integrated jobs

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

2391 Test & Inspection

Domestic electrical experience

Full UK driving licence

Ability to manage your workload and work well in a team
