About the Job:
Our client is seeking a skilled solutions consultant with around 1-3 years of experience in the IT sector to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting our customers' data migration needs. The ideal candidate will be eager to work in the technology sector, ambitious to take on responsibilities, and ready to experience hands-on coaching from a seasoned team. As a solutions consultant, you will contribute to the company's software revenue and customer growth objectives by becoming a subject matter expert in data migration and their product solutions, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities such as product demonstrations and designing and delivering solutions. Extensive training and coaching will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Becoming a subject matter expert in data migration and their product solutions
- Setting up and delivering high-quality presentations and demonstrations
- Utilising their solutions to support the delivery of projects
- Responding to product information requests
- Working with internal support and development teams to ensure effective coordination and communication
- Providing presales, post-sale, and consulting support to clients
- Troubleshooting the products
- Helping clients to set up products - install and configure and provide ongoing support
- Working closely with the Product development team to continuously improve the product
Ideal Candidate:
- Good Quality Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject is advantageous
- 1-3 years of experience in an IT-based, customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a penchant for critical and creative thinking
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to a diverse audience
- Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with a readiness to learn and tackle new challenges
- Interest in technology and Artificial Intelligence
Ideal Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or other similar platforms)
- Experience with database platforms such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server
- A keen interest in leveraging AI tools for learning and researching IT applications
