This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established, supportive team. You will take on a varied and dynamic caseload, managing all aspects of residential conveyancing and property transactions. Whether it's leasehold or freehold sales and purchases, you'll be responsible for ensuring that clients receive excellent, efficient service at every stage of the transaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
  • Oversee your own caseload with confidence and independence, ensuring efficient management from start to finish.
  • Provide exceptional client service, guiding clients through the complexities of property transactions.
  • Develop relationships with local estate agents, building a strong network and contributing to the firm's growth.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing (Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer).
  • Proficiency with Leap is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in managing a high-volume caseload independently.
  • Strong experience with both leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
  • Experience in commercial property is an advantage, though not essential.
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to manage your time efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
  • A positive, professional, and friendly manner with the ability to build strong relationships.
