What Youll Be Doing

As a key member of the Residential Property team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling your own caseload offreehold and leasehold sales and purchases

  • Managingremortgages, transfers of equity, and other residential transactions

  • Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process with clarity and professionalism

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, contracts, and title reports

  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders

  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring transactions are completed efficiently

  • QualifiedSolicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive

  • Minimum of2 years experiencein residential conveyancing
