What Youll Be Doing
As a key member of the Residential Property team, your responsibilities will include:

Handling your own caseload offreehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Managingremortgages, transfers of equity, and other residential transactions

Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process with clarity and professionalism

Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, contracts, and title reports

Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders

Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring transactions are completed efficiently
