The Role
We are recruiting on behalf of an established construction and property maintenance contractor that delivers refurbishment and maintenance services across London, Kent and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson with a strong carpentry and plumbing background to join their team. The work involves residential properties with a mixture of kitchen and bathroom installations, void refurbishments, planned maintenance and general property repairs. The work will take place across both occupied and vacant properties, so you will need to be comfortable working independently, dealing professionally with residents and completing work to a consistently high standard. This role would suit an experienced multi-trader, carpenter or plumber who is confident completing several stages of a job without needing another trade for every task.
