Multi-Trader £34,000 + Company Van after first 30 days Full Time | PAYE | 40 Hours Per Week Covering- North West/ West/ South West/ West Central/ Windsor/ Northolt/ Uxbridge

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing construction and refurbishment contractor delivering residential upgrade and maintenance projects across South London. Due to continued project wins, they are looking to appoint an experienced Multi Trade Operative to support refurbishment works across occupied and void residential properties.

The Role

This position focuses on stripping out and refurbishing existing accommodation, bringing properties back up to modern living standards. The work is varied and hands-on, suited to someone confident working across multiple trades. Typical duties will include:

  • Strip-out of existing kitchens, bathrooms and internal finishes
  • Plastering and making good surfaces
  • Wall and floor tiling
  • Kitchen and bathroom fitting
  • Carpentry works (doors, frames, boxing-in, minor joinery)
  • Minor plumbing works (non-gas, non-electrical)
  • Painting and decorating
  • General snagging and finishing works
  • Ensuring properties are left clean, safe and ready for handover

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or similar role
  • Strong all-round refurbishment experience
  • Confident working independently and managing daily tasks on site
  • Good finishing standards and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS Card
  • Clean DBS background check (No gas or electrical qualifications required.)
