Working Hours Monday to Friday (flexible hours to suit your workflow). Regular weekend gigs and events to scout talent and oversee performances. Key Duties Attend live music events to scout talent and grow the roster with 20 new acts monthly. Organise concerts and events, handling everything from initial planning to execution. Build strong relationships with venues of all sizes, negotiating contracts and bookings. Represent the company at gigs, ensuring artists and venues are satisfied with the experience. Collaborate with clients and venues to produce recordings, promotional content, and events. Manage data efficiently to support the companys operations.
