The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experiencedConveyancing Solicitor with 57 years PQEto join their dynamic residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and wants to be part of a firm with real vision and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities

Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, remortgages, and transfers of equity

Handling a variety of property transactions efficiently with the support of advanced legal tech tools and an experienced administrative team

Maintaining compliance with CQS protocols and regulatory obligations

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure seamless progress of transactions

Contributing to team performance and supporting junior staff where needed

Requirements
