This is a hands-on, site-based role. We are looking for someone comfortable being on the ground, solving problems in real time and driving delivery - not a desk-based project manager. You will take ownership of programmes, coordinate with site managers, and ensure projects stay on track, on budget and compliant.
The Role

- Work closely with Site Managers to plan daily and weekly outputs
- Ensure labour, materials and resources are correctly allocated
- Set clear expectations on what needs to be achieved each day
- Monitor progress and keep works on schedule
- Identify delays early and implement recovery plans
- Maintain oversight of costs, timelines and resource planning
- Ensure projects meet compliance and quality standards
- Work closely with senior leadership on delivery and reporting
This role is delivery-focused and requires someone confident leading from the front on active construction sites.
What We're Looking For
- Several years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong understanding of site operations and programme management
- Commercial awareness - able to understand budgets, costs and labour planning
- Confident working with Site Managers and subcontractors
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to pass a DBS check
What's On Offer
- Company vehicle
- Long-term secured contract pipeline
- Clear progression route to Senior Project Manager
- Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding contractor
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager who wants real responsibility, strong career progression and the chance to play a key role in a growing business.
