About the Role:
You’ll be working in a multidisciplinary team, reporting to directors to develop precise designs and detailed construction drawings. This includes plans, elevations, and sections. Youll also visit sites to gather essential information and assist with project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Operating from their Nottinghamshire base, they collaborate with high-profile clients across the UK and Ireland to create innovative, sustainable projects.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am 5 pm.
Key Duties:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, reporting to a director, to develop designs, plans, and drawings.

Prepare detailed construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.

Conduct site visits to gather site-specific information and maintain accurate records.

Assist in coordinating project documentation, perform research, support report creation, and develop specifications.

Proven experience as a CAD Technician, with over 3 years in a similar role.
