This is a full-time on-site role based in Edinburgh for a Supervisor at FlexiCleanGroup. The Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring service quality, staff performance, and adherence to safety protocols. They will organize and manage cleaning schedules, supervise and support the team, handle client communications, and address feedback. The Supervisor will also ensure compliance with company policies and provide guidance and training to team members when needed.
