Join Flexicare and play a pivotal role in shaping how we manage and leverage data as we grow globally. We're looking for a Master Data Controller to take ownership of our data structure across systems, with a particular focus on product definitions and SKU governance. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help transform fragmented processes into a streamlined, reliable foundation for decision-making and growth. As our business scales, inconsistent data and SKU set-up are creating inefficiencies across key areas. You’ll be instrumental in bringing structure, accuracy, and control to our data landscape.
What You'll Do
- Establish and manage a single, accurate source of truth for master data across all territories
- Lead the standardisation and governance of product and SKU data
- Improve data integrity and consistency across SAP and other systems
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies caused by fragmented or inconsistent data
- Collaborate with operations, IT, procurement, and commercial teams to drive improvements
- Strengthen data lifecycle management to support scalable growth
- Enable better reporting, visibility, and decision-making across the business
Who You Are

- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong background in managing complex product data and SKU structures
- A proactive approach to process improvement and data governance
